The year is certainly ending worse than it started. Covid claims another event. Celebrations have again been put on hold for Payttaya and most of the world. Gov. Pakarathorn Thienchai’s order bans crowded gathering at temples, mosques, churches, therefore almost everywhere. The order was given Because of 1000 coronavirus cases in Samut Sakhon. Fear once again has taken hold. Markets In Bangsaray were also visited on monday inspecting sea food vendors. This was allegedly because sea food was brought from Samut Sakon.
Bangsaray has been relatively quiet during the Year. Many tourists had left just when the virus was taking grip in March 2020.Since March the area has been tourist free.The beach and most of the bars have relied on the expats to keep afloat. Christmas will be quiet with many Hotels and apartments empty for the festive season.

Bangsaray Christmas, for the new Year Kept Bangsaray are having a party? 599 Baht for unlimited drinks for 3 Hours. A Table has to be booked 1000 baht (4 people) There is a BBQ and Live band. Booking is limited. Drinks include beers and cocktails. House wine is also available.
Christmas Dinner, as of now we know Village kitchen is offering Christmas Dinner 795 baht from 1pm Music later from 7pm. Bangsaray Beach Club 1100 baht from 4.30pm, Must Book. Chang Chang Mansion buffet style. 650 Baht. Starts at 7pm. Also Sports Bar 650 baht per person, 325 baht for chdren. From 2pm Til 5pm.
