The Land
Your holiday doesn’t need to be just about the water-based wonders. Hire a scooter a ride around the island. Only 80% of the roads are concrete and the rest are dirt tracks, so be careful while driving. Or if scooters aren’t for you walking is also defiantly another option. With the island being so small is it easy to explore the whole place on foot. Visit Wat Koh Tao, a Buddhist temple and enjoy the friendliness of the Monks and get an insight into the ritualised way of life. Head up to the amazing viewpoints for an unbelievable view of the island. Laze around on the sandy pristine beaches or cool off under the shade of a massive palm tree
Island Hopping
Koh Tao is a wonder within itself, with so much to see and do. When it’s your time to leave hop on to the ferry which will transport you to your next stop. To the neighboring islands next door, Koh Phangan or Koh Samui. Or head back to the mainland of Surat Thani and the rest of Thailand is your oyster.
